RHB Bank launches chatbot for credit card applications
The real time messenger platform will be available on RinggitPlus.com.
RHB Bank Berhad has launched an AI-powered real-time messenger platform to streamline the credit card application process.
According to a press release, RHB RinggitPlus XpressApply via ChatBot service enables applications 24/7 in just five minutes. All applications are processed online and customers are only required to collect their credit card at the nearest branch.
“Through this AI-powered ChatBot, customers can enjoy a simple, fast and seamless credit card application experience that resonate with their lifestyles,” said RHB Banking Group acting head of retail banking Nazri Othman.
The chatbot will be up on RinggitPlus.com.
