VietABank issues short-term CDs in gold and dong

VietABank issued short-term certificates of deposit in gold and dong for terms of 1-11 months.

The total value for this issuance was posted at 2 trillion dong for CDs in dong and 60,000 taels of SJC gold.

The coupon rate for CDs in gold would be applied at 0.5-1 percent per year, while for the dong certificates of deposit, the interest rate would be 14 percent per year.
