 
  Bank Central Asia profit up 17% to $745mln
Improving net interest revenues and fee based income were drivers for lender's growth.
Bank Central Asia, largest Indonesian-based private bank reported net profit last year grew 17.8 percent to Rp6.8 trillion ($745.2 million) on rising net interest revenues and fee based income.
Net interest income increased 20.6 percent to Rp14.9 trillion ($1.63 billion) and fee based income rose 10.9 percent to Rp4.3 trillion ($471.23 billion), according to Corporate Secretary Raymon Yonarto.
Third party fund rose 17 percent to Rp245.1 trillion ($26.86 billion), giro up 15.3 percent to Rp51.6 trillion ($5.65 billion), deposit grew 14.6 percent to 128.1 trillion ($14.04 billion) and time deposit increased 23.4 percent to Rp65.4 trillion ($7.17 billion).
